Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@harmonlabsonline.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3338 Country Club Rd. #102, Valdosta, GA 31605 United States.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please note that in order to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. This means the item should be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
If we receive your item and it does not meet these conditions, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Depending on the extent of the damage or use, these options may include:
- Partial Refund: We may offer a partial refund that reflects the diminished value of the item.
- Repair and Return: If possible, we may offer to repair the item and return it to you.
- Return without Refund: In cases where the item is significantly damaged or altered, we may return it to you without issuing a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that a 6% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless the item is defective or if the return is a result of our error. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and is applicable to the item(s) returned.
